After taking on board all the design submissions, comments and even emails we have received from the local community, Freeling Street Pocket Park is coming together.
We are now entering the planting and digging phase of the project, and we’d love people from the area to get involved in the next activities to turn Freeling Street into a green space.
Installing Planters – Monday, 21st June
We need volunteers to help move and fill the new planters for Freeling Street. Meeting point is Crumbles Castle at 12pm.
Cultivating the Plants – Tuesday, 22nd June
Calling local young people to come and help cultivating the plants, for one hour and half. Meeting point is outside Jean Stokes at 4:30pm. We’ll be finished by 6pm.
